NADIEŽDA AZOS grape

Nadieżda Azos is a classic self-pollinating dessert grape variety with large clusters weighing about 500-600 g. Late-ripening, with fruit eaten in October. Suitable for growing in a greenhouse for an earlier harvest. Frost-hardy and sweet-tasting.

Vine: vigorous, grows 4-6 m high depending on pruning; about 2.5 m high on supports when pruned well.

Fruit: sweet and aromatic berries with fleshy pulp and thin, bloom-covered skin. Clusters weigh about 500-600 g.

Fruiting: begins in the third or fourth year after planting and crops abundantly every year.

Picking time: mid to late September.

Hardiness: frost-hardy to -30°C and highly resistant to fungal diseases.
