‘St. Pepin’ is a modern hybrid grape variety bred by American breeders and is a good choice for growers following organic growing principles. It is highly resistant to frost, down to -32°C, and to diseases including powdery mildew and grey rot. The clusters are fairly large and the variety is very productive. It is widely grown by Lithuanian grape growers for its suitability to the local climate and its taste. Used to make white wine and good-quality fruit wine. The sweet juice has a tropical-fruit aroma. Also suitable for eating fresh, especially for those who enjoy sweet-and-sour grapes.

Important: the flowers are female, so plant another grape variety nearby for abundant fruiting.
